| Polymer’s technical staff knows plastics inside and out and often works with customer engineering teams to refine design concepts, complete product designs, and optimize them for manufacturability. We use a wide range of thermoset and thermoplastic materials and can work with you to select the best manufacturing process and material for your application. We take design input in whatever form/format you want to provide it. We can, for example, accept SolidWorks, Pro/E, Autodesk, and SDRC product design files. We maintain an FTP site to facilitate large file transfer. When you begin working with Polymer, you are assigned a project manager who has or can get the answers you need as your project heads toward production. Our knowledgeable sales engineers and home-office customer service staff remain available to you throughout your product’s life cycle. |
